Once we've received your job posting, we'll schedule a consultation call to walk you through the hiring process, discuss your specific needs, and finalise any details. This typically takes a few days to complete
We help scope the role and draft the job description. Then, we conduct a screening call and submit a recommendation based on pre-agreed competencies. After that, we hand it over to you for your internal interview process.

You will get 5% of the guaranteed annual salary (basic salary, housing, transport allowance).
