How does it work?

1. Make an intro via email.
2. We will then onboard the employer.
3. After their first successful hire we will wire you the monies :)

‍How much can I make?

You get 1,000USD for the first successful hire.

Do I also need to refer a candidate to the role to earn the cash reward?

No, if the role is filled by another industry expert you still get your employer reward.

‍Can I refer multiple employers?

Yes please, you earn cash rewards every time a new employer makes their first hire.

Do I get a cash reward for all the hires an employer makes?

No, only on their first hire.

When will I get paid?

The employer is invoiced within 7 days of the candidate starting, once the candidate has passed probation or passed 90 days(which ever is earlier) payment is cleared and you will receive your cash reward soon after.
